In what has largely been considered the worst ‘Idol’ yet from a talent perspective, the old adage ‘the show must go on’ comes to mind. The 2010 ‘American Idols LIVE’ tour has been announced and the dates can be seen below. Tickets for these events will go on sale May 14th & 15th. This summer’s tour begins in Auburn Hills, Detroit area, on July 1st and runs through September 14th in Pittsburgh.

The top 10 survivors on the tour this year are Aaron Kelly, Andrew Garcia, Didi Benami, Katie Stevens, Michael Lynche, the underrated Tim Urban, Casey James, Siobhan Magnus, Lee DeWyze and Crystal Bowersox. The question is can anyone in the first half of this list sell a ticket and will your entertainment dollar be spent on this years Idol crop? Though the talent is thin, there is still value in the face value ticket.
